Partnering with Chick-fil-A marketing leadership and internal teams, I translated complex business requirements into scalable content systems that upheld the brand’s high standards while supporting localized flexibility. This project aimed to consolidate logic, creative, and deployment workflows across diverse restaurant formats and business models. My work included:
