overview
As the program manager, I led a cross-functional effort to reimagine Sanofi’s internal employee experience as it related to accessing information, completing tasks, and navigating core HR and IT processes. The work focused on identifying systemic friction caused by too many platforms, unclear ownership, and a lack of standardization across regions.
I led both qualitative and quantitative research efforts with employees and stakeholders internationally to understand how people experienced key moments in their employee journey, including onboarding, device setup, payroll inquiries, and time-off requests. By synthesizing these findings into clear insights and design directions, the team identified opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce cognitive load, and create a more consistent, scalable employee experience.
My work included:
Leading the end-to-end research, synthesis, and delivery across a global, cross-functional team.
Designing and managing qualitative and quantitative research efforts with employees and stakeholders across regions to surface friction points, blockers, and unmet needs.
Driving synthesis of research findings into actionable insights, guiding principles, and experience design directions.
Identifying opportunities to refine, streamline, and standardize employee workflows across onboarding, device setup, payroll, and time-off request journeys.
Leading the creation of a comprehensive shareout deck to align executive and stakeholder teams around findings, opportunity areas, and recommended paths forward.
Supporting the development of refined employee journey maps, service model blueprints, and an interactive repository to enable long-term consistency and scalability.
This initiative provided Sanofi with a clear, research-backed foundation for transforming how employees interact with internal tools and processes. By grounding organizational change in real employee needs and standardizing key workflows, the work helped reduce fragmentation, improve clarity, and support a more consistent way of working across the global organization. The result positioned Sanofi to scale a more intuitive, efficient employee experience that better supports people in their day-to-day work.
