As Boen prepared for its brand launch, I was brought in to support sales and marketing operations across wholesale, corporate, and DTC channels, helping build the foundational processes, tools, and workflows to scale a premium lifestyle brand from the ground up.
Partnering closely with the minds behind TravisMathew and Cuater, including TM co-founder and former CEO Travis Brasher + former TM VP of Product and co-founder of Cuater Ben Donnelly, I helped shape integrated campaigns, coordinated go-to-market planning, and aligned creative and sales priorities across key touchpoints.

Another area of ownership at Boen was accelerating sales growth across wholesale and corporate accounts. This included:

  • Driving account expansion across Southern California and key national partners through targeted outreach and relationship development

  • Managing sell-in and reorder processes for resort, greengrass, and corporate partners, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth fulfillment

  • Supporting product planning and line presentations to align with brand goals and account needs

  • Streamlining sales operations and building scalable workflows across product, ops, and finance to improve efficiency and visibility

  • Merchandising retail spaces and designing custom build-out displays to optimize brand presence and customer engagement

  • Identifying opportunities for growth and elevation across key retail partners, helping to position Boen as a premium lifestyle brand in the golf and resort space

My time at Boen has been especially meaningful as it brought together two of my personal passions: fashion and golf. From supporting integrated marketing campaign execution and partnership activations to driving growth across wholesale, ecom, and corporate channels, I was able to help advance Boen’s vision as a premium lifestyle player in the golf and resort space while bringing operational structure to the fast-paced environment of a growing startup.
